The 386 Fuel Saver product has been lab tested at California Environmental Engineering (http://www.ceecalif.com) an EPA(Environmental protection Agency) recognized and CARB (California Air Resources Board) Certified testing lab using the 75 CVS FTP Test and the HFET (Highway Fuel Economy Test) /HWFE (Highway Fuel Efficiency).
